    Domaine de L’Ostal Grand Vin

The Cazes family of Lynch-Bages fame chose La Livinière as the place where it wanted to make the L’Ostal Cazes Languedoc wine. La Livinière is probably the most discussed appellation in Languedoc. Just a handful of producers have the right to use it - a full bodied very intense wine with a strong but very rounded soft integrated tannins – so we are proud we could secure some cases of the Grand Vin Minervois La Livinière 2015 at a great price. A rare find.

    PSI 2015 – Peter Sisseck

94 JAMES SUCKLING: "This is a fragrant and gritty Pingus with a ton of tannins which give it a lot of depth and length. This wine deserves some patience. It needs two or three years more of bottle age to be at its best, but should keep for some years following."
